The OTWO Hotel was developed by Vardophase in 2019. Phase 2 of the project involves expanding the existing hotel, incorporating three levels of underground basements, a commercial and reception area featuring three retail stores, and a dedicated hotel reception. The expansion also includes a four-storey building comprising 67 hotel suites.

Spanning approximately 18,000 to 19,000 square metres, this development is one of the largest projects in a highly sought-after location.
