PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING

Astratek’s vast industry and processing technology knowledge it ideally positions it to provide full process line solutions.  From initial line design to delivery of fully functional production lines.

We design lines based on capacity and capability needs assessments.  These are then used to select the right technology and machines, either from established OEM’s or purpose designed and manufactured pieces, manufactured in Astratek’s own workshop

Astratek will design the line, source the available equipment and design and manufacturing the intermediate pieces as well as provide the overall line controls.  We will install the line, commission and train staff and provide ongoing maintenance and support.  An end-to-end manufacturing line solution.
